Clients going to sex workers for kinky S & M sessions in Munich, Germany, may just be getting a little bit more than what they bargained for.

These sex workers have been accused of injecting consenting clients with a local anesthetic before doing the deed, according to Worldcrunch - in partnership with Sddeutsche Zeitung.

This anesthetic is used before painful sadomasochistic practices, which makes special practices bearable and even possible.

(Sorry we can't get into any more detail than that!)

But clients seeking this combination of A & M and drugs, have become addicted to the drug, called Procaine.

One 45-year-old Munich man spent more than 70,000 euros (RM365,000) over the past year and a half, sold his car and borrowed money to feed his addiction.

The intravenous delivery of Procaine in significant doses can damage physical and mental health and can even be fatal.
