A 60-year-old Croation priest has been arrested for possession of child pornography on his computer, reported the Novi List daily.

The pastor Mladen Kozina, is said to have downloaded photographs of nude children or children in explicitly sexual positions between 2007 and 2010.

If found guilty, the priest faces one to ten years in jail.

The first priest in Croatia sentenced for paedophilia was a pastor from Zagreb, Ivan Cucek.

A priest from Rab, Drago Ljubicic is currently serving a three-year sentence for inappropriate sexual behaviour involving five boys.
