A transexual was brutally beaten to the point of seizure at a McDonald's outlet in Baltimore in the United States.

A shocking video revealed the 22-year-old being repeatedly kicked in the head and stamped on by two black girls.

What is even more shocking is the assault, which lasted seven minutes. happened as staff idly stood by, reported The Daily Mail.

Staff even laughed as the attackers grabbed the girl's hair and dragged her across the floor.

One of the staff made a half-hearted attempt to stop the attack - occasionally shouting "stop" at the attackers.

At one point, they tried to drag the victim outside to the parking lot - but a good-hearted customer tried to stop them.

The attackers threatened to hit the older woman as well and continued hitting the victim until she bled and finally had a seizure by the front door of the restaurant.

The attackers were warned by an employee to flee before authorities were finally called, as onlookers realised that she needed help.

Police said a 14-year-old girl had been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman.

The video was taken by McDonalds worker.

McDonald's have slammed the incident as 'unacceptable, disturbing and troubling.

"Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter," said a McDonald's spokesperson.To watch the video, go here.
