Man kills friend after 30 years of bullying

A Korean man has stabbed his best friend since high school to death for allegedly bullying him for the past 30 years.Seoul police have arrested a 47-year-old man on charges of stabbing his high school friend to death.

Seoul Suseo Police Station said the man, surnamed Yoo, stabbed his friend with a 30cm knife at a bar in Gangnam, southern Seoul.

The victim, surnamed Lee, died at the site.

Yoo did not attempt to escape, said police.

After being arrested with no resistance, Yoo reportedly said, I did a good thing. I could no longer stand it.

He does not regret what he did, he said.

Lee had allegedly been bullying Yoo -- previously his business partner for a spa facility worth 33.9 billion won -- since high school.

Police said their relationship had involved threats and violence.
