'Nude handyman' job ad withdrawn
An advertisement seeking a "male nude handyman"placed on a website created to find work for university students in New Zealand, has been withdrawn for being 'sexist'.The ad, which indicated a successful applicant would be paid $14.50 (RM33.89) an hour, said a student was "required to help this naturist employer with some odd jobs in the home" in Auckland, New Zealand."You must be hard-working, self-motivated and most importantly the confidence to work naked," the advertisement read.Student Job Search spokeswoman Lorna McConnon told the New Zealand Herald that the ad had been deleted after a review on Monday.McConnon said the ad breached the site's policy of only listing jobs be safe for students and offer "no surprises."
