A student in a prestigious university in China, Su Zizi became an instant Internet sensation after she appeared naked in a video that detailed her job as a nude model in December last year.In the video, a crying Su said she had to become a nude model in early 2010 because her family needed the money and she could not afford her tuition fees.Su also claimed that her family was forcefully torn apart and nude modelling was her only source of income in the video.Many were touched by her story but after becoming an Internet sensation, the arts major went from a girl with a sob story to a hungry attention-seeker.She took her clothes off during a group interview in the middle of an aquarium fish store.Naked pictures of the girl have also been making regular rounds online since.But Su insists she is an artist rather than a model and the interview was merely part of her creations.However, the public is beginning to question her real motives.For instance, if her story was true, how did she manage to get into a prestigious university? And how did she pay for her tuition fees?An arts course is also more expensive than other courses in China, where military colleges are often the popular choice for students from less well-to-do families.In her defence, Su said she began taking drawing lessons when she was seven.But she earlier claimed that her father made only about 1,000 yuan (RM470) a month if so, how did her family manage to send her for extra classes?In China, nude models are a dime-a-dozen though they rarely get the attention that Su currently enjoys.Su now says she is doing it for art instead of the money she previously claimed her family needed.Which one is her real motive? Does anybody really care?
